General Induction

Successful performance depends on a thorough induction to the area and the role. This course covers all the generic basics of service, H&S, security – how to deal with shop theft, KPIs and local information, leaving line managers with just store specific information to impart. Participation in this course will provide new starters with the relevant knowledge to feel confident in their role immediately and to feel welcome to the retail community. This course is also suitable for existing staff as a refresher.
