The workplace can be a stressful place and this has been exacerbated by the current cost of living crisis, which has placed additional pressure on both work and home life. Understanding what causes stress and how to alleviate it, will be useful to help to create a reduced stress work environment.

This course will help you to:

  • Consider the physical and mental manifestation of stress

  • Share approaches to reducing the causes of stress and managing the effects of stress.

  • Both staff and managers who are experiencing stress

Why is the training important?

  • The Health and Safety Executive (HSE)  have identified that 17 million days were lost to stress, anxiety and depression 2021-2022. Reducing stress related absence will be a business benefit in terms of enhanced employee well being and lower costs.
